The thing that came through to me the most was, how loving it was. It was genuine, just sweet pure love. I mean it was so beautiful. It felt so good the grounding was really good it felt really solid I kept thinking of how very solid it was. I felt a lot of energy and a lot of healing coming through me which was really nice. I was stressed at my solar plexus, you know, anxious nervous stress in my belly. And I started like relaxing in it and energy was being released which was very good, very helpful.
